GovLoop
Before joining PLUS Communications, I worked within the marketing department at GovLoop as a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst. This role was primarily focused on email marketing; however, I was quite surprised to discover that despite being an online social network, GovLoop had not been active on social media. Therefore, I took it upon myself to relaunch and manage the X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts – eventually growing the overall following by 34 percent in one year.

At GovLoop, I established my own goal: restore and nurture the social media channels for GovLoop through (mostly) organic strategies –with a focus on community management to generate leads and boost engagement.
